I was a pleasure to speak with someone who I could understand.  Someone who was concerned with and understood my problem.  Although initially he had planned to update me to Quicken 2013 (which I had seen on the site and was considering) but was able to fix the issue on my existing program.  He even changed his recommendation to say I should not update but stay on Quicken 2000 because I was comfortable with it's use and it satisfied my needs.  Peter was polite and understood my hesitancy to change.  It was refreshing to have a knowledgeable tech person who did not push new technology when the old one works perfectly fine.
